Q: Is your company on any social media platforms?​

​

A: Yes we do! Please like, comment, and follow our pages on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and Whatnot to stay updated on our latest products, services, and media content! You can find links to our social media pages in the footer below or by visiting our Contact page!

Q: What are your customer service hours of operation?

​

A: We'll respond back to customer inquiries within 48 hours of submission, during our business operating hours from Monday - Friday: 9am - 5p (PST)

Q: Which locations does your company accept customer orders from and ship to?

​

A: We accept customer orders within the Contiguous United States ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or internationally, and any orders from these locations will be cancelled and refunded (including the 5% cancellation fee stated in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Q: What are your shipping options, estimated shipping & delivery times, and shipping rate / costs?

A: We use standard shipping options through several reputable couriers including USPS, FeDex, UPS,  and DHL. At no additional charge, our couriers offer tracking information and declared value liability coverage for most orders up to $100 in value. We also offer cost-effective USPS First Class Mail letter delivery options for select raw card orders ONLY. Please keep in mind, First Class Mail letter delivery options DO NOT come with tracking information or declared value liability coverage from the designated courier service. We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but if you need a product or service on our website as soon as possible, please fill out a form on our Contact page or email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com to better assist you. The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order was placed and our combined estimated order handling and transit times. If your order is placed before the cutoff time, the order handling time clock begins the same day as the placed order, but if the order is placed after the cutoff, the clock begins the next order handling fulfillment day. In case the delivery takes place over public holidays, the total delivery time estimate will be adjusted accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is delivered! Shipping rates / costs are determined by order / package weight. Q: What payment methods does your company accept to purchase products and / or services on your website?

A: We accept and process payments from several payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Diners Club International, China UnionPay, JCB. Please review our Purchases and Payment policy in our Terms & Conditions page for further details.

Q: Does your company offer Pre-Orders?

A:  Yes we do! For New Release Product Pre-Orders, please review the specific item's product description section for approximate shipping times. Pre-Order item purchases will be charged immediately upon purchase through your preferred payment provider / method of payment.​ Please see our full Pre-Order Policy page for further details.

Q: What should I do if an item on your website is out-of-stock?

​

A: If you are interested in purchasing a "Out-of-Stock" item, please email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com or leave a message on our Contact page so we can resupply the item in our inventory as soon as possible! Since distributor pricing for low inventory items are highly volatile, we cannot guarantee your requested item will be retailed on our online store at the same price it was last listed on our store (ie. it can go up or down). However, we will do our best to competitively price the item with the market.

Q: Does your company offer returns, refunds, or cancellations?

A: We DO NOT offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for purchased and shipped items (the shipping process initiates when we generate the order shipping label). All sales are final. However, If your item is not as described upon purchase or arrives damaged, please email us immediately at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com so we can correct the issue! If your item or order is undelivered or lost by the designated courier during shipment, most order shipments have declared value liability coverage up to $100 in value lost. Declared value liability coverage is excluded for select raw card orders (please see our full Shipping Policy page for details). We WILL NOT offer, or be responsible for, any replacements or refunds for stolen items / packages from confirmed order deliveries. We DO NOT have restocking fees. However, we DO offer order cancellations requested for select unshipped orders, with a 5% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers the processing time and non-refundable payment processing fee we incur from your initially processed order. To cancel your order, please send us an email at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER # (YOUR ORDER NUMBER)". Please provide any context or feedback in the body of the email addressing the reason for the cancellation request. Q: My order was cancelled while trying to purchase a product or service on your online store, what should I do?

A: On occasional circumstances our company is unable to fulfill your order, including but not limited to, cases such as lack of viable inventory, unsuccessful payment processing, suspicions of fraud, etc., we, the company (doing business as "MakPak TCG"), reserve the right to cancel and / or refund any order at any time. You can email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com or leave a message on our Contact page to address any questions about your order cancellation directly.
