Japan’s special Terastal Festival ex set has officially been revealed — starring the Eeveelutions! Terastal Festival ex will release on December 6th in Japan. The set will contain 187 cards before secret rares. The number of secret rare cards in this set are yet to be revealed!
Since this is Japan’s annual “High Class Pack” set, its main attraction will be its enormous amount of alternate art secret rares. For example, last year’s Shiny Treasure ex featured 190 cards in its main set and a whopping 170 secret rares. Each Terastal Festival ex booster pack will contain 10 cards instead of the usual 5, including a guaranteed Pokemon ex. The larger packs, guaranteed hits, and secret rares are what define a “High Class Pack” set. Terastal Festival will feature special reverse holo cards with a “cracked ice” layer and Poke Balls in the background. As with all High Class sets, Terastal Festival ex‘s main set will mostly contain reprinted cards such as Pokémon ex and ACE SPEC cards, with the possibility of 15-30 brand new cards. This helps to ensure cards from the last year are available to Japanese players. It will also include alternate arts that released first in other languages, such as Korea’s Ogerpon ex and our English prerelease promos.
So far, the brand new cards include: Terastalized Flareon ex, Eevee ex, Hoothoot, and Larry’s Professionalism Trainer cards.
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds:
We DO NOT offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for purchased and shipped items (the shipping process initiates when we generate the order shipping label). All sales are final.
Damaged or "Not As Described" Items / Orders:
If your item is not as described upon purchase or arrives damaged, please email us immediately at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com so we can correct the issue!
Courier Lost Items / Orders:
If your item or order is undelivered or lost by the designated courier during shipment, most order shipments have declared value liability coverage through the designated courier up to $100 in value lost. Declared value liability coverage is excluded for select raw card orders (please see our full Shipping Policy page for details). If your item or order is greater than $100, we cannot guarantee a full order value refund from the shipping courier. However, please email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com or fill out a contact form on our Contact page as soon as the incident occurs so we can fairly remediate the issue!
Stolen Items:
We WILL NOT offer, or be responsible for, any replacements or refunds for stolen items / packages from confirmed order deliveries.
Restocking and Cancellation Fees:
We DO NOT have restocking fees. However, we DO offer order cancellations requested for select unshipped orders, with a 5% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers the processing time and non-refundable payment processing fee we incur from your initially processed order.
To cancel your order, please send us an email at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER # (YOUR ORDER NUMBER)". Please provide any context or feedback in the body of the email addressing the reason for the cancellation request. We'll respond promptly to confirm your order cancellation!

Shipping Policy
Shipping Options and Estimated Delvery Times:
We leverage standard shipping options through several reputable couriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL (whichever is fastest upon your order). At no additional charge, our couriers offer tracking information and declared value liability coverage for most orders up to $100 in value. We also offer cost-effective USPS First Class Mail letter delivery options for select raw card orders ONLY. Please keep in mind, First Class Mail letter delivery options DO NOT come with tracking information or declared value liability coverage from the designated courier service. We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but if you need a product or service on our website as soon as possible, please fill out a form on our Contact page or email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com to better assist you.
The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order was placed and the combined handling and transit times listed below. If your order is placed before the cutoff, the order handling time clock begins the same day as the placed order, but if the order is placed after the cutoff, the clock begins the next order handling fulfillment day. In case the delivery takes place over public holidays, the total delivery time estimate will be adjusted accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is delivered!

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or internationally, and any orders from these locations will be cancelled and refunded (including the 5% cancellation fee stated in our Return, Refund & Cancellation policy).
