
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We DO NOT offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for purchased and shipped items (the shipping process initiates when we generate the order shipping label). All sales are final.
Damaged or "Not as Described" Items
However, If your item is not as described upon purchase or arrives damaged, please email us immediately at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com so we can correct the issue! We will require photo or video evidence of the damaged or inaccurately described item delivered to be eligible for a potential replacement or refund. The evidence needs to have a timestamp within 24 hours of the order being delivered. The the evidence needs to be submitted to us within 48 hours of the order being delivered to potentially be eligible for a replacement or refund. Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined at our discretional review of your provided verbal, written, or visual evidence. We should complete the review of your provided evidence and case within 3 business days. Please note, some sealed products may come with minor manufacturer defects such as minor cuts on shrink wrap, or loose glue on cardboard boxes. We will not ship an item if the manufacturer defects are excessive. Therefore, we cannot offer any replacements or refunds for minor manufacturer defects.
Once your case is deemed eligible for a replacement or refund, for any graded cards, raw cards, or sealed / unopened products valued $40.00 or more, we will email you a return label within 24 hours to ship the item back to us. You will need to package the return item / order (providing your own box and package material) and connect the package to the label designated courier within 72 hours. We will initiate the replacement or refund process within 3 business days of receiving the returned item / order. For refunds, we will issue the refund to the original form of payment, and the average processing time typically takes 3 - 5 business days for the funds to reach the customer's account. However, it can take up to 20 business days for the refund to appear on the customer's account statement. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you must contact the original payment provider directly to receive your funds. For any items eligible for replacement or refund below $40.00, you do not need to ship the item back to us. We will initiate the replacement or refund process as soon as the item is deemed eligible from our evidential review.

Lost or Undelivered Items
If your item or order is undelivered or lost by the designated courier during shipment, most order shipments have declared value liability coverage through the designated courier up to $100 in value lost. Declared value liability coverage is excluded for select raw card orders (please see our full Shipping Policy page for details). If your item or order is greater than $100, we cannot guarantee a full order value refund from the shipping courier. However, please email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com or fill out a contact form on our Contact page as soon as the incident occurs so we can fairly remediate the issue!

Stolen Items
We WILL NOT offer, or be responsible for, any replacements or refunds for stolen items / packages from confirmed order deliveries.

Cancellation Fee
Since we DO NOT offer exchanges or returns for purchased and shipped items, we consequently DO NOT have restocking fees. However, we DO offer order cancellations requested PRIOR to your shipping label being generated. Please note, there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from your total refund amount. The cancellation fee covers the processing time and non-refundable payment processing fee we incur from your initially processed order. No cancellations or refunds will be offered once your order label is generated. As an exception, for New Release Product Pre-Orders, cancellations must be requested PRIOR to our batch purchase order of the New Release Product being made with our distributor (please review our Pre-Order and Out-Of-Stock Item policy for estimated purchase order timeframes). To clarify, the batch purchase order made with our distributor takes place BEFORE your order shipping label is generated to ship out your order to your address. NO Pre-Orders will be eligible for cancellation once our purchase order is made with our distributor. The same 5% cancellation fee will apply to your refund for all Pre-Order cancellations.

To cancel your order, please send us an email at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER # (YOUR ORDER NUMBER)". Please provide any context or feedback in the body of the email addressing the reason for the cancellation request. We'll respond promptly to confirm your order cancellation!

Company's Right to Cancel / Refund Order
On occasional circumstances our company is unable to fulfill your order, including but not limited to, cases such as lack of viable inventory, unsuccessful payment processing, suspicions of fraud, etc., we, the company (doing business as "MakPak TCG"), reserve the right to cancel and / or refund any order at any time.
