Shipping Policy
At MakPak TCG, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy is designed to offer transparency and convenience. We ensure careful packaging and reliable shipping methods to deliver your trading card products safely and efficiently. We leverage several reputable couriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL (whichever is fastest upon your order). The order cutoff, handling, transit, and total delivery time estimates below apply to shipping within the Contiguous United States ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or internationally, and any orders from these locations will be cancelled and refunded (including the 5% cancellation fee stated in our Return, Refund & Cancellation policy).

Order Cutoff Time:
12pm (PST)

The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order was placed and the combined handling and transit time listed below. If your order is placed before the cutoff, the order handling time clock begins the same day as the placed order, but if the order is placed after the cutoff, the clock begins the next order handling fulfillment day. In case the delivery takes place over public holidays, the total delivery time estimate will be adjusted accordingly.

Order Handling Time:
1 - 3 Days (Fulfillment Days: Mon - Sat)

Order shipping labels are generated and packaged typically within 24 hours of a successfully processed order payment. Labeled and packaged orders are typically connected to delivery courier within 72 hours. You will receive an order confirmation email upon your placed order. An email with your courier tracking number will be sent to you once your shipping label is generated.

Order Transit Time:
2 - 5 Business Days (Mon - Fri)

Once your order is connected to our courier partner, you should expect to receive your packaged order within 2 - 5 Business Days. The estimated transit time will vary depending on your location within the United States. You can track the shipping progress and estimated delivery time of your order directly on the courier's website with your designated tracking number.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping Costs are determined by the shipping package weight. At no additional charge, all order shipments weighing 0.22 lb or more come with tracking information and declared value liability coverage up to $100 from the designated courier. We also offer cost-effective USPS First Class Mail letter delivery options for raw card orders ONLY. The raw card order must be under $20 in value and weigh 0.21 lb or less. Please keep in mind, First Class Mail letter delivery options DO NOT come with tracking information or declared value liability coverage from the designated courier service. If you would like tracking and / or declared value liability coverage from the designated delivery courier for your raw card order (under $20 in value and weighing 0.21 lb or less), PRIOR to placing an order on our site, please email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com or fill out a contact form on our Contact page to coordinate a solution.

0.06 lb to 0.21 lb = $2.10 (ffor raw card orders valued $20 or less ONLY)
0.22 lb to 0.4999 lb = $4.75
0.5 lb to 0.9999 lb = $7.00
1 lb and above = $10.00

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your item or order is undelivered or lost by the designated courier during shipment, all order shipments have declared value liability coverage up to $100 in value lost. If your item or order is greater than $100, we cannot guarantee a full order value refund from the shipping courier. However, please email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com or fill out a contact form on our Contact page as soon as the incident occurs so we can fairly remediate the issue!

Pre-Order and Out-Of-Stock Item Policy
Pre-Orders

​For New Release Product Pre-Orders, please review the specific item's product description section for approximate shipping times.
Pre-Order item purchases will be charged immediately upon purchase through your preferred payment provider / method of payment.​ We DO offer Pre-Order cancellations requested PRIOR to our batch purchase order from our distributor. For due diligence in delivering new items as soon as possible, we place batch purchase orders for Pre-Order items approximately 14 business days before the item's release date (possibly sooner). Pre-Orders WILL NOT be eligible for cancellation once we make the purchase order with our distributor.
​To cancel your Pre-Order please send us an email at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER # (YOUR ORDER NUMBER)". Please provide any context or feedback in the body of the email addressing the reason for the cancellation request. We'll respond promptly to confirm your order cancellation! Please note, there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted from your total refund amount (as stated in our Return, Refund & Cancellation policy).

Out-Of-Stock Items

If you are interested in purchasing an "Out-Of-Stock" item, please email us at Jayson@MakPakTCG.com or leave a message on our Contact page so we can resupply the item in our inventory as soon as possible! Since distributor pricing for low inventory items are highly volatile, we cannot guarantee your requested item will be retailed on our online store at the same price it was last listed on our store (ie. it can go up or down). However, we will do our best to competitively price the item with the market.
